The Batobus took us everywhere we wanted to go. There are stops near the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and many other art museums. We even rode it at night just for fun, photographing Paris as the lights came on. Our focus in Paris this trip was to be the art museums, so we were well placed with our lodging and the Batobus.
Views from the Batobus as the lights of the city were coming on.
The Louvre is massive... wow!
And of course the obligatory sidewalk cafe...
The view from our flat. The Seine, Notre Dame, and the nearby Batobus.
The Carousel at the Eiffel Tower...
In our flat above. The owner is a photographer. Jan does pretty good too.
I daresay, the lights of the Hotel De Ville reflected on the Seine below
could be an Impressionist's work.
